In order to be admitted to the AIETI Medical School an applicant should send us by post mail (express service is preferred):
1. Application form for an admission;
2. Copies of all pages of a passport attested by notary;
3. Copy of a secondary/general school certificate acquired in foreign country; (high school diploma, certificate, etc).
4. Document certifying that the last 2 years of a secondary school education a person acquired in a foreign country.
5. Note: All documents should be:
- legalized with the regulation set by the legal bodies of the foreign country applied,
or,
- endorsed by Apostil only for representatives of the member countries of the Haague Convention of 1961, October 5.
6. Photos: 3X4 (4 pieces)
In order to be transferred to the AIETI Medical School an applicant should send us by mail (express service is preferred):
1. Application form for transfer;
2. Copies of all pages of a passport attested by notary;
3. Document certifying that a person lives in a foreign country for the last 2 years:
a. document of a registration in a foreign country;
b. document of a consulate registration;
c. any of other document issued in accordance with the legislation of a foreign country certifying the fact of a person s living on the territory of that country.
4. Copy of a secondary/general school certificate
5. Certificate of student`s status and academic transcript issued by an institution of higher education recognized in accordance of legislation of a foreign country.
6. Note: All documents should be:
- legalized with the regulation set by the legal bodies of the foreign country applied,
or,
- endorsed by Apostil only for representatives of the member countries of the Haague Convention of 1961, October 5.
7. 4. Photos: 3X4 (4 pieces)
The documents received will be translated on Georgian and submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia to obtain the permission for an applicant to study in Georgia. All local charges for the procedures mentioned above will be included further in tuition fee.
When documents will be sent, please, inform us about that.
